Using SiteSpin

By using SiteSpin, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

SiteSpin helps you create, publish, and maintain a website through chat. Websites include a sitespin.app address. A paid subscription also lets you use your own domain.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Use accurate account information and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Subscriptions and cancellation

SiteSpin Pro is an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Our listed prices are $25 per month or $239 per year. The price, currency, and billing period shown at checkout apply to your purchase.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your current billing period ends to avoid renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.

• App Store purchases: manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Apple handles these payments and refund requests; we cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
• Web purchases: manage or cancel through your SiteSpin account settings. Contact us about billing problems or refund requests.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately before deleting your account. Our help page has instructions.

Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.

Free trials and paused websites

To start building a website, you must activate a free trial or have an active paid subscription. Trial eligibility, duration, any payment-method requirement, and the price charged afterward are shown before you confirm. A subscription trial starts when you activate it, not when you publish your website. Unless you cancel before the deadline shown at checkout, it converts to a paid subscription and renews automatically. The number of websites you can keep online depends on the website allowance in your subscription.

For websites created under our earlier free-access offer without a subscription, the website is paused after 7 days online. Visitors see a holding page and your content is kept. If you have not subscribed within 60 days of first publication, the website and its content are removed; your account remains. We notify you before pausing or removing the website.

If a paid subscription ends, your website stays online for a short grace period while we send reminders, then goes offline. Its content is kept while your account exists. Subscribing again restores it at the same address.

Pausing a website does not cancel your domain registration. You can point your domain elsewhere, subject to its registration and renewal terms.

Your content and AI

You retain ownership of the content you provide. As between you and SiteSpin, content generated for you is yours to use. This does not give you rights to someone else's material or guarantee that AI output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, serve, and display your website while it is published. You are responsible for having the rights needed to publish its content.

Giving us a link does not give you ownership of another website. You may ask us to read a public website for reference. To import or republish its content, you confirm that you own that material or have the rights needed for the use you request. Check those rights and the imported content before publishing. Do not impersonate another person or business.

Review your website before publishing. AI can produce errors, outdated information, or material similar to existing work. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, suitability, or freedom from third-party rights. Contact us if you would like a person to review an output.

Your domain

A paid subscription includes one eligible domain registration per website in your plan, subject to availability. You may also connect a domain you already own.

SiteSpin registers the domain and is its Registered Name Holder. You are its licensee: it is yours to use, yours to move, and we will not use it for anything else or point it anywhere you have not asked for. Because we hold the registration, we do not ask you for a registrant name, address, or phone number, and we do not store one.

We cover annual renewal while your subscription is active. Renewal is best effort, and we will tell you if it cannot be completed.

You can take the domain to a registrar of your own at any time from 60 days after registration. That wait is the registry's rule, not ours. Write to us and we arrange it. We will also arrange it on request when your subscription ends. If you do not ask, we stop renewing when your subscription ends and the registration lapses at its expiry date.

You choose the name, and you are responsible for choosing one that does not infringe someone else's rights. You will reimburse us for claims, costs, and demands arising from the name you chose. Registrar, registry, and applicable domain dispute rules also apply.

Acceptable use

You must not use SiteSpin to publish or distribute:

• sexually explicit material, pornography, or child sexual abuse material;
• content promoting gambling, illegal drugs or drug trafficking, tobacco, vaping, or alcohol;
• violence, threats, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination against protected groups;
• impersonation, fraud, deceptive sales, phishing, or scams;
• malware or other malicious code;
• content that infringes intellectual property rights or another person's privacy;
• content promoting or facilitating illegal activity or weapons.

We may refuse requests, unpublish websites, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination; less serious violations receive notice. Repeat violations may lead to permanent termination.

Editing limits

Website changes have a rolling 24-hour allowance shared across your account. The allowance depends on the number of websites in your plan and is shown in your account. It applies during trials and paid subscriptions, and includes chat edits and style changes.

Failed changes and replies that do not alter your website do not count. Each change stops counting after 24 hours. Contact us if you need a higher allowance.

Reports and copyright

Report a SiteSpin website through our report form. We review reports within 24 hours and unpublish websites that violate our acceptable-use rules.

For a copyright takedown request, email support@sitespin.app with:

• the copyrighted work and the URL of the material you believe infringes it;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email;
• your physical or electronic signature as the owner or authorised representative;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, their agent, or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.

If we remove your content following a copyright notice, we will notify you and forward the notice. Where the DMCA applies, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Following a valid counter-notice, we restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us of legal action seeking to prevent restoration. Repeat copyright infringement leads to permanent account suspension.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in SiteSpin under Settings → Account → Delete Account, without a fee or contacting support. This removes your websites and associated content. See the Privacy Policy for information about data retention and deletion.

Cancel any active subscription separately. If you have a registered domain, ask us to move it to a registrar of your own before leaving.

Service limits and responsibility

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search rankings, or business results. To the extent permitted by law, SiteSpin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of SiteSpin is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend SiteSpin against third-party claims arising from content you publish, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of others' rights, and cover resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. We will notify you of material changes in the app or web service. Subject to applicable law, continuing to use SiteSpin after the changes take effect means you accept them.
